2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee - No Start No Crank / Push Button Fault

Issue / Concern

Sometimes I get in the Jeep, hit the 'Start' button, and nothing happens. No click, no crank, just the dash lights flicking on. Sometimes it takes 10 tries, other times it starts on the first go. The battery is only a year old and I've cleaned the terminals. When it doesn't start, I get a message saying 'Service Keyless System'. I've tried using the fob to push the button directly as the manual says for a dead fob battery, but it doesn't make a difference. Relays seem to be clicking in the PDC but no starter engagement.
