2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee - P0562 and Shifting issues

Issue / Concern

My 2014 JGC is acting possessed. While driving, the wipers occasionally swipe once on their own, and now the transmission has gone into 'Limp Mode' where it stays in one gear. The scanner shows P0562 (System Voltage Low). I checked the battery under the passenger seat and it's less than a year old. The alternator is putting out 14V at idle. I cleaned the battery terminals but the voltage on my OBD2 live data shows it dropping to 11.2V while driving. Could this be the TIPM (Fuse box) failing?
