2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee - P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire - Persistent

Issue / Concern

I have a 2014 Grand Cherokee with the Pentastar. It has a constant P0302 misfire that won't go away. I've swapped coils and plugs, and even replaced the fuel injector on cylinder 2. There is a very distinct 'ticking' sound coming from the left-side (driver side) valve cover. It gets faster with engine RPM. Compression test showed 120psi on cylinder 2 while others were at 145psi. I'm worried the cylinder head is toast.
