2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee - P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire / Ticking Noise

Issue / Concern

My 2019 Jeep has 62,000 miles and just started making a rhythmic ticking sound on the driver's side of the engine. Shortly after the noise started, the Check Engine Light came on for a P0302. I swapped the coil and the plug with cylinder 4, but the misfire stayed on cylinder 2. The tick follows engine RPM. I’m worried about the notorious valvetrain issues these Pentastars have, but I thought they fixed that after 2014?
