Kenworth T680 PACCAR MX-13 - Active Code 1995 DPF Regen Incomplete

Question

My 2018 T680 is throwing an active 1995 code and keeps failing the parked regeneration after about 10 minutes. The dash displays 'Regen Incomplete' and I can see the exhaust temperatures aren't climbing past 650 degrees during the process. It feels like it is starving for heat and I'm worried about the DPF plugging up completely while I'm under load.

The issue was a failed Aftertreatment Fuel Manifold (Part #2104860) and a restricted fuel supply line. The internal solenoid was sticking, preventing the fuel from reaching the 7th injector consistently under pressure. Replaced the manifold assembly and the stainless supply line, then performed a forced regen using DAVIE. Temps hit 1100 degrees as expected and the code cleared. Total parts cost was around $750 plus 3 hours of labor.

You need to run a dedicated 'Aftertreatment Fuel System Leak Test' using DAVIE software. Watch the command versus actual pressure; if you have a failing fuel line or a cracked housing, you'll lose that 1995 code diagnostic window.

Have you inspected the Air Intake Throttle? Sometimes if the valve is stuck open, you can't get the cylinder temps high enough to assist the downstream injection, leading to the 1995 fault.

Check your fuel pressure at the aftertreatment fuel manifold. If the dosing valve isn't seeing at least 80-90 PSI during the ignition sequence, it won't atomize correctly and the flame will snuff out.
