Issue / Concern

My 2018 Kenworth T680 keeps failing its parked regeneration after about 10 minutes. The RPMs ramp up normally, but then it just drops back to idle and throws a derate warning on the dash. I am worried I am going to get stuck on the side of the road with a full soot load.

I checked the DOC inlet temp sensor and cleaned the Seventh Injector (Hydrocarbon Doser) tip with a wire brush. The tip was carboned up but cleaning it did not fix the aborting issue.
