2022 Kenworth T680 Next Gen - Steering Pull and Alignment Issues

Brand new 2022 T680 and it's been pulling to the right since day one. I've taken it to two different alignment shops. Both say the toe and caster are perfectly within spec. Tires are wearing evenly so far, but I have to keep constant left-hand pressure on the wheel just to stay in the lane.

I've checked the torque rods and the steer axle bushings, everything is tight. Could it be something in the power steering gear or the lane keep assist system?

✅ Confirmed fix: This model has the new digital steering assist. The 'Straight Ahead' position hadn't been calibrated at the factory. We had to go into the chassis electronics module and reset the steering angle sensor offset. The electric motor was actually 'helping' the truck steer right because it thought that was the center point.

Check your rear axle tracking. If the drive axles are 'dog-tracking' even slightly, it'll push the nose of the truck toward the ditch regardless of how the steer axle is aligned.
