2017 Honda Accord - Steering Rack Clicking / EPS Light

Issue / Concern

My Accord has developed a strange clicking or popping sound whenever I'm parking or turning the wheel at low speeds. It feels like it's coming from right under the floorboards near the steering column. No warning lights on the dash yet, but the steering feels slightly notched when turning through the center point. It's much worse when the weather is hot outside. I've checked the CV axles and they look fine.

Greased the steering column intermediate shaft slip joint and checked the torque on the subframe bolts.
