2008 Toyota Tundra - P0418 Secondary Air Injection System Pump A Circuit

Issue / Concern

My 2008 Tundra is in limp mode and it's throwing P0418. It won't let me go over about 40 MPH. This happened right after a big rainstorm. I can hear a loud vacuum cleaner sound coming from the engine bay when I first start it up in the morning, which then turns into a screeching noise. I've checked the fuses and they look okay. I've read that these air pumps are a huge problem on the 5.7L engines and it's a super expensive fix at the dealer because they have to pull the intake manifold.

Checked the 50A AIR PUMP fuses and cleared the codes, but it immediately returned to limp mode.
