2015 Toyota Prius - P0A80 Replace Hybrid Battery Pack

Issue / Concern

My 2015 Prius just hit 160k miles and the 'Check Hybrid System' warning popped up along with the master warning light. When I scan it, I get P0A80. I noticed the hybrid battery fan in the back seat area is blowing full blast. The battery display on the dash goes from full green to two purple bars very quickly while driving. I tried clearing the code, but it comes back within 5 miles every time. Is there any way to save this pack or am I looking at a full replacement?
