2020 Hyundai Elantra - Intermittent No Start - No Crank

Issue / Concern

I have an intermittent no-start on my 2020 Elantra. I'll get in the car, turn the key (standard ignition, not push-to-start), the dash lights up like normal, but when I hit 'Start'—nothing. No click, no crank. If I wait 5 minutes and try again, it might start right up. It happens about twice a week. I've already had the battery tested at three different places and it's perfect. The dealer couldn't reproduce it so they sent me home.
