2018 Ford F-150 P0012 and P0022 - Rough Idle and Rattling Noise

My 2018 F-150 has developed a nasty rattle for about 2 seconds every time I start it cold in the morning. More concerning is that after the engine warms up, the idle gets very choppy, and it has actually died twice while sitting at a red light. I'm getting over-retarded camshaft timing codes for both banks. The truck has 85,000 miles and I do oil changes every 7,500 miles with fully synthetic. I'm really hoping this isn't a full timing chain job because the dealership quoted me $4k.
