2011 Honda CR-V - P0302 Cylinder 2 Misfire and Chauffeur Shudder

Issue / Concern

At a red light, the car feels like it's trying to die. If I hit the gas, the Check Engine Light flashes until I get up to speed. Scanner shows Cylinder 2 Misfire. I'm also noticing the oil level is consistently low every time I check it, maybe 2 quarts down every 3k miles. I've already thrown a new coil and plug at it, which didn't help. I'm worried about the piston ring issues I've read about on these K-series engines from this era. Is there anything else I can check before assuming the bottom end is toasted?
