Issue / Concern

My 335i has been having longer and longer starts over the last week. This morning it finally refused to start at all. It just cranks and cranks. I hooked up my scanner and I'm seeing P0087 Fuel Rail Pressure Too Low. I can hear the fuel pump in the tank prime when I open the door. I pulled the codes and got 2FBE as well. The car has 95k miles and has been Stage 1 tuned for about 10k miles. Is this a High Pressure Fuel Pump failure or could it be the sensor?
