2020 Kia Telluride - P0300 and Oil Consumed in 3,000 miles

Issue / Concern

My 2020 Telluride just hit 45k miles. I got a P0300 (Random Misfire) code and noticed the engine feels very sluggish. When taking sharp turns, the oil light flickers briefly. I checked the dipstick and it was almost dry—I had to add 3 quarts of oil! My last oil change was only 3,200 miles ago. There are no leaks on my driveway and no blue smoke from the exhaust. I brought it to the dealer and they want to do an oil consumption test, but I'm worried about the internal damage already done from running that low.
