2021 Hyundai Tucson - High Oil Consumption and Blue Smoke

Issue / Concern

I bought this Tucson new and it only has 45,000 miles. Lately, I've noticed the oil level isn't even touching the dipstick by the time I'm halfway to my next oil change interval. There are no leaks on my driveway, but if I floor it to get on the highway, I see a puff of bluish smoke in the rearview mirror. The dealer told me 1 quart per 1,000 miles is 'within normal operating specs' but this seems insane for a modern car. I'm worried the engine is going to seize up like all the other Hyundais in the news.
