2008 Western Star 4900 - Detroit Series 60 - Stalling when Warm

Issue / Concern

Pulling my hair out with this Series 60. Truck starts beautifully when cold and runs like a champ for about half an hour. Once the coolant temp hits about 180 degrees, the engine just dies like someone pulled the plug. It won't restart—it'll just crank and crank—until it sits for about two hours. There are no codes being thrown in the DDDL software which is the weirdest part. I've checked fuel pressure during the no-start condition and it's holding steady at 60 psi while cranking. I'm suspecting an electrical component that is failing when it gets heat-soaked, but without a code, I'm shooting in the dark.
