What it means

The Engine Control Module (ECM) detects an out-of-range or improbable signal from the Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) temperature sensor located within the DEF tank. This prevents the SCR system from accurately monitoring fluid temperature for heating and dosing operations.
