HPV trim high when low pressure supply insufficient

What it means

The Engine Control Module (ECM) has detected that the High Pressure Valve (HPV) trim values are at their upper limit because it is trying to maintain rail pressure despite an inadequate supply of fuel from the low-pressure circuit.
